What independence actually means in practice

In the financial services space, the word "independent" is used loosely. We want to be specific about what it means for us and why it shapes the service you receive.

We are a documentation preparation consultancy. We do not hold a license to arrange credit. We do not receive referral fees from banks or financial institutions. We do not have preferred lending partners. We have no financial incentive tied to whether you apply to one bank or another, or whether your application succeeds.

This structure means that when we advise you on how to present your financial position, we are doing so with one goal: to make your documentation as clear, complete, and credible as possible. Nothing else influences that advice.

We prepare. You decide.

We help you build a complete, well-organized documentation package. The decision about which bank to approach, when to apply, and on what terms is entirely yours. We don't steer that decision in any direction.

Honest assessment

Because we have no stake in your application being submitted, we can give you an honest view of whether your documentation is ready. If it isn't, we'll tell you — and explain specifically what needs to change.

No hidden relationships

Some consultancies in this space have informal arrangements with specific lenders. We don't. Our only business relationship with you is the one defined in our engagement agreement.

Transparent about scope

We are clear about what we do and what we don't do. Preparing documentation is our expertise. Banking decisions, credit scoring, and loan negotiation are not our domain — and we don't pretend otherwise.
